Rates & Special Discounts

Weekly rates: $175 + electric,
Monthly rates: $550 + electric.
Enjoy special discounts for military, first responders, AAA, and Good Sam members, along with low electric rates of .17 cents/kWh.
Cash Deposit Policy
For weekly and monthly stays, a cash deposit is required on file for incidental charges. Rest assured, this deposit is returned to you upon check-out or used to settle the final electric bill. Weekly deposits start at $100.00, while monthly deposits start at $150.00.

Premier Full Hook-Up Sites
Experience the ultimate convenience of our Full Hook-Up RV Sites. These sites include water, 30 and 50-Amp electrical service, sewer hook-ups, and complimentary high-speed WiFi. While our regular sites offer all the amenities, our preferred sites provide extra space and comfort for your RV.
Customized Site Accommodations
Every camper is unique, and so are our RV sites. Our full hook-up sites are designed to accommodate various types and sizes of RVs, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and pop-up campers. Let our reservation team help you find the perfect site for your camper.
Cancellation Policy & Disclaimer
While we strive to provide a pleasant experience for all guests, we understand that plans may change. Please note that Pines RV Park is not responsible for early departures due to weather, illness, work schedules, or personal emergencies. Unfortunately, fees are not refunded for early departure, and no rain checks are provided.

Navigating to Pines RV Park is easy! Whether you're traveling north or south on I-75, take Exit 61 and follow the signs to our tranquil oasis.

Heading North on I-75: We are located 3/10th of a mile off exit 61.
On I-75 North, enter the ramp for Exit 61, at stop sign, turn left onto Old Omega Road, cross the bridge, immediate left turn on Casseta Road. Follow the signs on Right for Pines RV Park. Main entrance is the second gravel drive on the right. We are the park located on the RIGHT SIDE of the road and are not affiliated with “I75 RV Park”.
Heading South on I-75: We are located 1/10th of a mile off exit 61.
On I-75 South, enter the ramp for Exit 61, at stop sign, turn left onto Old Omega Road, immediately turn left on Casseta Road.
Follow the signs on Right for Pines RV Park. Main entrance is the second gravel drive on the right. We are the park located on the RIGHT SIDE of the road and are not affiliated with “I75 RV Park”.
